A shift schedule is useful if for you have three 8hr shift in the day 12am-8am, 8am-4pm ,4pm-12am. Or any other Shift variation. What a shift schedule does in LogCheck is that is allows all checks done in the previous shift to reopen as "due" at shift turnover. If you are looking to add a shift to your logbook you must do so on the LogCheck Website.

First you will go to the Logbook dashboard and click on the blue "Edit" button.

This will bring to the edit page. You will see a section labeled "Shift Schedule String" as pointed at bellow.

The text bar in this section is where you will type your shift schedule. The times are to be written in the 24hr scale (i.e.:12am=0, 12pm=12 & 1am=1, 1pm=13). The numbers in our example represent the shifts: 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am.

Once you have done this click Save and your shift schedule will be represented as bellow.
