Enter Edit Mode by tapping Edit (top right corner of the app), then tap the log you would like to edit. At the bottom of the log edit page, you can tap on the Explanation field to edit the explanation text of any log. This is a great place to put detailed instructions, contact information for a contractor, or equipment specifications such as: Make, Model, Serial, belt size, filter size, motor size, and so on.
