Overview
New logbooks must be added by the LogCheck support team. End users cannot create logbooks themselves through the system interface.
Process for Requesting a New Logbook
To request a new logbook, contact the LogCheck support team at logchecksupport@buildingengines.com with the following information:
- Property name and address
- Name of logbook needed
What Happens Next
The process varies depending on whether the logbook is for a new property or an existing property in your account.
For Existing Properties
If you're requesting a logbook for a property already in your account, the support team can create it for you immediately upon receiving your request.
For New Properties
If you're requesting a logbook for a property not currently in your account, the support team will coordinate with the sales team to contract the new property before creating the logbook. This ensures proper licensing and account setup.
