How do I add a new user?

Adding a new user is not a task that can currently be done by anyone but LogCheck's support team.  In order to get a new user added please email our support staff (help@logcheck.com) with the following information:

  • Name of Account
  • Name of Logbook(s) the user should be attached to
  • Email address of the new user
  • Whether they should be on the email reports
